Rooms are simple but not very clean or well furbished.You can hear every noise in the corridor and from near rooms. Walls must be paper.Even with shut windows, traffic below can be heard.Staff are nice, but 3* are too many.Never again.

Very good hotel in Lourdes with great pepople working and manage it.
Only reason for 2 stars is for the food. Went with a group so meals were all set but always good. No air conditioning...had to beg for a fan; coffee pot with no cups or beverages, bathroom doors do not shut properly and leave opening gaps on each side of the door; no top sheet and very unlikely that coverlet is being washed everyone leaves; 2-3 days no internet with other 1-2 days spotty; counted 4 different type of bugs in the room that continuously appears;no one to help with luggage even though there are stairs that need to be used. Hotel is not the way it appears in their website
An old hotel and in need of a refreshing renovation. But the rooms are comfy and have nice views. And they come with large bathrooms.
