Hotel was very accommodating for medical needs. Rooms were spotless. Very central location, and easy to get around via public transport. Also booked airport pick up and transfers which was very appreciated.
This is the best hotel I have ever been to, the food is brilliant the room service is amazing best staff ever!
Nice place. Friendly staff. Enjoyable food. Hairdryer is stuck to the wall and overheats quite quickly. Not as powerful as babyliss or ghd but it dries your hair. Not too far walk from the sanctuary. Lobby can be busy. You can fill your water up behind the bar. You don't have to ask just walk behind and go for it. Serve yourself breakfasts which is always fresh.
A really beautiful hotel, the staff were really friendly and sorted out any issues, the food was good, and the rooms were lovely. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Lourdes.
