Lovely - beautifully updated bedrooms and friendly staff.
I have been to Lourdes a number of times now, I would rate this hotel lowest of all.Negative points - do not accommodate double rooms.Very unhelpful staff, certainly well below that of the other hotels. The food was substandard, we were served fried breaded food on several occasions, same liquidised potato and onion soup nearly every evening. Baguette bread was quite hard. Poor breakfast options. No flexibility at meal times, always served at 7.00pm. Rude and extremely unhelpful concierge.On arrival we made to sit with complete strangers and eat from the same serving dish, after an argument with waitress who cannot speak English, we were placed on separate table. Overall not a very enjoyable experience.Positive points - Good shower attatchment on bathroom taps.
Friendly, relaxing hotel, with clean rooms. I found the staff very helpful, and they speak English. The food is good, fresh and plenty of it. I come here each year.
Ik kom al 22 jaar in Lourdes en vaak meer dan 1 x per jaar. Maar dit hotel heeft mijn absolute voorkeur. Een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie en service en een voortreffelijke keuken want hier kookt de baas nog zelf. Dat is bij de andere, vaak duurdere hotels in Lourdes, echt anders en veelal minder van kwaliteit. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen .
