I've been coming to Lourdes for over 20 years and staying in many hotels. This is the best hotel of all. Very welcoming. Good food. Helpful staff. Defo recommended. Carol Paine.First time visited and could not fault the hotel
The star is because the reception staff have been lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately the rest has been disappointing - the rooms are not clean and the wifi is very poor. The accommodation is in urgent need of a deep clean, new bedding and shower facilities. The location is good - however there are a lot of options in the area so see if others are available before booking here.
Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, fabulous food, highly recommend a stay here best weather is May,June to get a good price and visit our lady of Lourdes Church it is really interesting.
Stayed 18 nights. Perfect location; adjacent to Lourdes sanctuary. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable rooms. Didn't eat the food but those who did were not complaining. Used primarily by larger pilgrimage groups. Less than two minute walk to Our Lady of Lourdes.
