An excellent hotel very near to the Domain. If anyone physically disabled in your party, make sure the Hotel knows about this. I am a wheelchair user, and as I travelled alone, got put into a single room which was not accessible. The staff are only too willing to help and I was moved to a bigger room with disabled facilities.

Close to the grotto but for a four star hotel, food is below rating and sometimes delayed in serving. Staff could use some improvement in customer service and stop being too "French". Our luggage got lost and was not delivered to our room
